Ivorian presidential challenger concedes defeat to Quattara

ABIDJAN] - One of the six challengers in Ivory Coast presidential election, Bertin Konan Kouadio, has conceded victory and congratulated incumbent President Alassane Ouattara, a source has said.
Kouadio had earlier alleged that the process was fraudulent, but has now offered his congratulations to the president.
